Cross - Disciplinary
- Considering multiple disciplines when planning for and delivering instruction so that the learner understands concepts from multiple perspectives and makes natural connections between disciplines.
Inter - Disciplinary
- An art form that crosses two or more disciplines to create a new work. For example, a project that contains elements of visual arts, media and performance art might be interdisciplinary.
Trans-disciplinary
- Multiple disciplines work together in the initial assessment, but pro-vision of services is provided by one or two team members.
